ANECDOTE : 30 Seconds To Mars est le premier groupe américain à tourner en Chine. Jared Leto dira : "La Chine a acceptée car je lui ai promis que Bush ne se représenterait pas de nouveau…"Le clip est considéré comme l’un des plus chers jamais réalisé avec un budget de $ 13,000,000.... Il a été tourné en une semaine (le repérage des lieux, le filmage et le montage des décors...)

HISTOIRE DU CLIP : Véritable court-métrage, le clip, rend hommage au film Le Dernier Empereur de Bernardo Bertolucci.

MESSAGES A L'ECHELON : La phrase énoncée par Matt " On a six minutes vingt-sept seconds et sept centième de retard" est le fameux 6277 correspondant aux touches MARS sur un téléphone. Et puis encore de nombreux messages cachés pour les yeux avertis...Un lapin, le groupe en image inversée (image 3), un clin d'oeil a Bartolomew Cubbins et ses chapeaux....
