Jared: you know when you wake up sometimes in a hotel room and there's 30 or 40 people in your hotel room staring at you.. it gets a little strange.
Tomo: a little bit.
Shannon: I think Tomo is getting used to it.
Tomo: I've grown to love it actually.
Interviewer: it's kinda weird. I imagine you sometimes feel the responsibility to go out and say hi.
Jared: well you have to make a life for yourself too, because we didn't sign up to be available 24/7 and give everything that we have in our lives.
Interviewer: and how do you manage that?
Jared: you make time for yourself. You learn that you have to save something for you. And there's always enough to share, there's enough to go around. You know, you lose some things, you gain
others.
Interviewer: do you think you can maintain this rhythm of work for a lot of years?
Jared: no, probably not. I don't think we'll ever be able to do what we just did in the past two years again. I mean, there are much harder things to do in the world, but it is a challenge.. the
travel, the touring, the lack of sleep. It's tough on your body.
